Description
There are 21 big sandy sites with their own private ablution. Inside is a toilet, small kitchen with fridge/freezer, a one pit burner stove, sink and shower area with sink. Outside a fireplace for braai and covered seating area. In the bag is a sink for washing with a wash-line as well.
The site is built in 3 rows. Site 1-7 (N280 pppn) with sea view, 8-14 (N270 pppn) in the middle and 15-21 (260 pppn) furthest away from the sea. (Prices 2024).
There are fish cleaning stations and there is a big bar/restaurant on site.

Report Check-InNice big camping at sea. We had some cold and bit rainy weather. So it was nice to have some luxury. The blocks are clean and spacious. We stayed for two nights.

New prices, if you reserve per internet: off season (1.2.22-30.11.22) back row 195$ pp, middle 215$, beachfront 245$; peak season (1.12.22-31.1.23) back row 250$, middle 260$, beachfront 270$. But new since 11.02.22, if you come without internet reservation, the price for the back row is 180$ !
We stayed always on the back row, it's perfect!

They charge per person - not per plot … N$ 250 pppn … quite steep (but possibly xmas premium)
The plot is huge … but sand only
The private ‚chalet‘ with kitchenette, toilette and separate shower is ok
We had front row, which is supposed to have sea view … forget it, there is a wall
Toilette flushing didnt work properly, but they didnt manage to get it fixed over the three days
Braai stand costs extra☹️
There is no wifi provided by the resort and only weak MTC signal
Power is cut off from 21:30 till at some point after 7:00
To summarise: we found it to be too expensive for what you get

Report Check-InThis was a great pit stop on our way north. The ablutions were new and private to each site. There was a small kitchen with a refrigerator inside as well. Right near the ocean with different pricing for how close you stay. The restaurant looked nice too.

Report Check-InOur best camping experience in the whole of Namibia. We stayed for 17 nights and enjoyed every minute. Private ablutions with small kitchen, newly built. Built in braai and stoep sheltered from wind. Big hot gas powered shower, toilet, kitchen with basin, fridge and gas burner. Feels like a small chalet without the bedrooms. Near Swakopmund town. Fishing excellent within 200 meters from camp. Out of season quiet, school holidays very lively. Our first choice for camping near Swakop

11 spots for 230$N, camping with private bath & kitchen. Shower and toilet + hand bassin separated. Kitchen includes a fridge with deep freezer section. Electricity. Fire place, roof shelter against sun and win. Nice set up!
