Something not right?

Description

there are no signs to indicate any sort of parking restrictions on Poli Street. We stayed here last night and had lovely views over the city and woke up this morning able to see the ocean. There is certainly road noise but nothing that prevented us from sleeping properly. We were able to walk the dog easily and had great phone service.

Latest Check-Ins

So I stayed in Ventura a total of 4 nights. Slept on Poli Street every night and I would say it’s definitely not the best street. Very loud as cars are driving through constantly. I didn’t have any bad encounters like some but all in all, it wasn’t bad.

Report Check-In

Van got broken into. Saw police telling people to leave earlier today. No way I’m staying here again. Bad spot.

Car Noise. Mid-week. Did I mention car noise ? It’s on street parking, and you’re right in the middle of it.

I can’t believe with all the vans I saw at the beach today that this is the only place to sleep! Oy.

Verizon 4bars and 180down/26up…

Report Check-In

It is 1am and I am rolling out. Someone just cut one of the locks on my bike. I do not suggest staying here.

Report Check-In

Parked overnight on the south side of Poli just west of N. Oak St. stop sign. 2hr parking/except for Sundays+Holidays sign. Lots of room to park on both sides of the street and did see at least two other large vans amongst the other vehicles parked nearby. We arrived late and didn't fall asleep till almost midnight. Even with the front windows cracked open a smidge and the back air vent fan on, we crashed out so hard+fast we wouldn't have realized any people or traffic noises outside if they happened at all.

Report Check-In

Was a good spot to park and sleep. Just West of N. Palm St. there were a couple of other rigs parked. Had some cars driving by here and there until 10/11 pm and was pretty chill after that. Also, if you need to do some laundry, the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to is the Olas Express Laundromat at 505 N Ventura Ave. Unit B, Ventura, CA 93001. It’s right next to a 7-Eleven.

Report Check-In

Not a bad place to spend the night. Some car noise until midnight but it was Saturday so that’s to be expected. There’s a handful of other rigs here and no problems.

Report Check-In

As described , place to sleep view of the city

Report Check-In

This is a decent but kinda busy road so there is road noise but it may calm down at night. Nice view of park and cdd as n see some water.
