For Q40 quetzal you can make use of the swimming pool at the Sarita hotel. The water is heated, the showers not. There is a hottub.
Relaxed atmosphere with an occasional flume of exhaust fumes from the nearby road crossing.
Nice hotel with super secure parking (motorcucle friendly), with resturant that closes at 9 pm. 24-hr guard, super hot water, pool, average AC in my room, fast WiFi, open at 6 am. many places to eat, McDonalds and a 24 hr mini mart that sells everything including booze.
