Description
The back parking lot is huge and within walking distance of Buff Brew where we had drinks and dinner in their outside dogs welcome area. They brought our dog a water dish with ice. There is a rock climbing gym and every second Saturday the doors of the art campus are open to visitors for free. Negative...right by a train track.. but we only heard it once.

We arrived and saw a lot of vans but none of them stayed the night. I asked a van lifer for the scoop and he said “the train is an issue.” I had learned to sleep through loud noises before so I brushed it off. But we did not sleep that night; because of the train. No one else spent the night in that lot. That being said there seems to be so many cool events that take place there. We saw two cars shows, a vintage swap, and a VR experience. I would park here all day, and then drive to the Walmart down the street to sleep.
Report Check-InGreat place to park, pretty quiet except for the trains, but after 2 nights I got used to it. no one bothered me at all.
Report Check-InWe parked in the lot with the salon and some grain silos that say “Success Rice” and were fine all night. There’s a brewery through the hallway with food trucks and another across the train tracks with a full menu. You can use the facilities there but there’s no other restroom. The train only came by once during the evening and it was pretty well muffled by the buildings.

Report Check-InPlenty of room in the parking lot. There’s no signs that say you can’t be there overnight and I wasn’t bothered. There were trains right next to the parking lot all night so be aware of that. Also there’s a huge bump to get in the parking lot via the train-tracks. You’re better off entering though the momentum climbing gym entrance 👍
