Nice and quiet in February. Stayed four nights. Level lots.

Report Check-In

Pretty typical city campground and you're paying for location but I'm still disappointed. We were parked right by the highway, I've had better sleeps at Walmart carparks. We've got tent campers right up to our door and I can see they're camping over someone's else's black water outlet, it's so cramped. Especially annoying because all the campsites besides this row (15amp) have more space and a picnic table. The amenities are good but for the price I can't recommend.

Report Check-In

Checked in for final 2 nights before flying home. Bathrooms clean, not much space at the
site, but still ok. This is not a provincial park. Asked me for membership in automobile club and gave 10% discount for ADAC.

Report Check-In

Very popular camping site with pool, jacuzzi, playground, games and laundry. Free hot showers with no time limit and clean toilets.

Overcrowded and sites are very close to each other with no privacy.

We paid 70 CAD with 15 amps. Unserviced is ~60 CAD.

Close to bus stop to downtown and to the Capilano bridge.

Report Check-In

Good location. Lots were fine. Toilets not great but showers hot and good water pressure. Free ice was a great perk. Lounge area was nice and Wi-Fi worked well there. Don’t use the coffee machine.

Report Check-In

You can fill your propane tank here. It cost around 41 CAD to fill it up completely.

Report Check-In

I refilled the propane of my campervan. iOverlander doesn't show "Propane" as an amenity!

Report Check-In

I refilled the propane of my campervan. It was 41 CAD for a full tank.

Incredible little park just off the Lions Gate bridge.

RV full service are $60 per night. Van and smaller vehicles are even less.

Park has many van spots, propane fill, dump station, showers, laundry, lounge, pool, hot tub, wifi, kids park, and security.

Mall with Home Depot, groceries, dollar store, liquor store etc is a 5 minute walk.

Access to Capilano river for hiking, fishing and aquatic activities.

Easy access to downtown via bus, bike or hike over the bridge.

Local bike rental’s also available.

Report Check-In

Stayed for two night, 206 places very closed of
Each other but everything’s required are there. 72$ 30amp all services.

Report Check-In

Super small sites. Literally no privacy but there is a hot tub, pool and laundry. Can top up propane at the camp ground, Sani dump, only campground inside Vancouver. Not scenic but not bad.

Report Check-In

Gros camping mais petits emplacements.
Propane, station vidange, piscine, buanderie.
Gros centre d'achat à 10min de marche... Resto, épicerie, pharmacie et boutiques.
Bus de ville à 10 min de marche qui va au centre-ville.

Report Check-In

Small sites. No Wi-Fi at sites only at office/lounge. We had a sewerage spill at our connection point from a previous guest/camper - no assistance from Reception to get it cleaned up! Fortunately we had some Bi-carb of Soda with us that helped with the stench.

Report Check-In

Closest to Vancouver. great location if you have bikes. they also have propane for sale.

Report Check-In

RV park, small sites some are just large enough for a trailer just enough space to open the door. In town, so noisy. Pool to cool down, free showers, laundry. Convinient.

Report Check-In

Not the prettiest place to be, but the only one with a very good bus connection to the city. It's okay for two nights to be in Vancouver.

Report Check-In

close to the town but really small place for park. city campground. never return...

Report Check-In

If you have to get to downtown Vancouver easily, this is the only place to be. A well run park without getting too anal about the rules. Sites are small and there is some noise from the bridge. Especially easy for using a bike to North Van and down town. Be sure to claim your AAA discount.

Report Check-In

Good location close to downtown, kind of a parking-lot campground, nothing special. There is a pool/showers/laundry but everything was closed during COVID so didn't check it out. Mostly full when we were here except the short vehicle spots along the river-side of the campground (no actual river access, fence and trees in the way). If you fit (up to 22ft ish van or tenter), these spots are great, more space, grass, picnic table. About $62 per night, minus 10% off with AMA.

Report Check-In

Last minute place to go. Paid $51 CND for the night. Very small space for a car and tent, and you can hear the highway, but fine for a night. It includes showers.
Close to downtown. Better than a Airbnb, hotel or even hostel.

Report Check-In

Easy walk across the Lionsgate bridge, through Stanley Park into downtown Vancouver. We took the Bus back to Park Royal . A bit noisy sleeping in our pop top Westfalia but hey it’s clean, relatively inexpensive, the hot water is plentiful and you’re in Vancouver!

Report Check-In

Large, cramped, well managed place close to Stanley Park and downtown. Expensive but there's not much of a choice. Pool. Public transport in walking distance.

Hello
Good place to park your motorhome or plant your tent is you want a safe place when you visit Vancouver.
We pay 54 $ for a dry place.
It's 4.5 more if you have children of 12 years old.
Noisy with the road but don't take holidays here..!!!
Swimming pool is ok.

Report Check-In

Large rv location. Near Vancouver. The shopping mall is near with a supermarket well stocked. Expensive but very convenient to visit Vancouver.

Report Check-In

rv park capilano, muy bien para visitar la ciudad de Vancouver.

Report Check-In

Rv park with all of its amenities, showers are still included in the price and we paid 49$ for a night without any service I think it was 61 for partial and 73 with full.
You hear the road noise but otherwise it’s a god location very close to downtown. Not a lot of others options in Vancouver

Report Check-In

regular RV Park, near the highway so not very quiet. we paid 47$ per night for a van without service. showers are included.
