Not doable for low clearance vehicle. Had to do a long painful backup along the overgrown path and ended up just camping on the side of the track at one of the forks. I didn’t see anyone camping and the road looks like it hasn’t been driven in a long time. Cell service. Arrived late and plan to leave early. Wild camping at its finest.
Report Check-InProbably the handiest free spot near telegraph cove. Very overgrown so prepare to get a couple scratches on the side of your van.
I would take a trailer or RV as you’ll struggle to turn around.
Space for a couple of vans in the clearing
The gravel road is very narrow with a lot of trees overgrowth. I didn't go all the way down. I stopped by the side of the road. Hopefully I have a small van and not an RV. No real flat spots. Very quiet (almost too quiet...) you can hear the highway in the distance.
Report Check-InFabulous place. Quiet, private, and with cell service! WARNING...I was in a sprinter... and the narrow roads are tight due to overgrowth. Be careful to not go all the way to the end of the roads, as there are no turn arounds and it is a long difficult back up. But otherwise perfect.
Report Check-InSmall open area along a small logging road on a mature planted block. Can see that there is a lake across the treeline. Very quiet, no traffic, totally in the woods but not too rough nor too long to get to.
