Also on iOverlander with a hotel symbol. It has a great open campsite area with some of the best ablutions. Lovely Hot water showers. Some young-ish trees providing some shade. Dixon is a very generous host. Allowed us to use power from a nearby permanent safari tents. Great view over the lake and city from the fire pit and seating area. 1,000 Ksh pppn. Relaxing quiet spot!

Report Check-InPlace is as described. Dixon is a lovely and funny host. The morning views and the washrooms are amazing. There is a lawn to park under some trees which are a bit low but they will grow.

Great place to stay. Dixon is a really nice guy and a good cook as well.
You only can reach the camp from north, not from the centre of Nakuru. Coming from A104, take the C56. Turn off from C56 at GPS -0.28622, 36.02554, follow the signs.
This narrow gravel road leads you to the camp after 4 km.
Really nice and quiet campsite. They also have a tented camp and food on request. Clean ablutions and nice common areas. Very friendly owner who arranged for us to fill in our gas bottle. Very much recommended

If you’re around stay here! Nice hot shower and one of the best and cleanest toilets I have seen on my Africa roundtrip. Also the owner is very friendly.
