Sheltered from fierce wind behind old cinema museum. Very quiet overnight. Very good Chilean government free WiFi (just click at the portal after connecting), toilets can be found at the cinema while it's open. Free.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Best showers in Argentina since quite some km’s. Superclean, hot and with pressure. Facilities are so good that this campsite shouldn’t be free, but somehow it is…
We didnt have to register to open the banos because there we’re already people there.
There is a steep gravel entrance to the campsite(too steep for us) , so we used the steep concrete one. The path is pretty bumpy, so with a low car it will be a bit of a search for a good path
As described :)
Nice people, free bathrooms and gym. Sheltered from the wind.
Nice little zorros at night ;)
We spent three days here. Wifi is free. There are toilets, showers, access to the gymnasium and cinema. Everything is free. A small kiosco next door that accepts the CB and further on some supermarkets. The people are very friendly.
nous avons passé trois jours ici. le wifi est libre. il y a des wc, douches, accès au gymnase et au cinéma. tout est gratuit. un petit kiosco à côté qui accepte la CB et plus loin quelque supermarchés. les gens sont très sympathiques.
Report Check-InProtected from the wind and you can use hot showers and toilet at the gym from 9 till 12 and from 15 till 22 (maybe ask first) the guy that works here (every other week a different person) also showed us the cinema and the old swimming pool (everything lo más austral). Really friendly if you speak Spanish.
Report Check-InGreat wind protected overnight stop Small supermarket over the road - eggs, wraps, confectionary, cold meat some vegetables and frozen foods
Report Check-Intotally agree with previous comments. kind of perfect place to stay for one night.
there's an old building, housing a gym, botanical garden, and piscina (seasonally closed) as well. A super nice guy showed us around and invited us to join a "youngster-graduationparty" at old cinema.
Report Check-InBetter wind protection than the tourist office, quiet spot. Trash bins on-site and good 4g with Entel.
Report Check-InGreat place for an overnight: no size limits, great protection from the winds by the large cinema/museum building and other buildings and nearby hills. On other side of the street opposite to the plaza, there's a mini market, and toilets and electricity can be found inside the cinema. Also, they have free cinema sessions every Wednesday and Thursday at 20:00.
Report Check-InNice place to stay if the wind next to the tourist center is too strong. We got a nice tour trough the cinema and the gym / sporthall next to it. It's the oldest Cinema in Chile! They show movies sometimes during the week at night. It's free! Ask in the tourist center for more information.
Report Check-Invery good wind protection, really hard wind, we have to move from tourist information.
Nice gym with shower and bathrooms, but maybe better go to the tourist information facility, very quiet and secure, friendly people.
Quit at night. Good Wind shelter. Super open Internet
Report Check-InFunctional place to stay... Quite busy in the evening since the locals use the gym for a workout so it's a steady coming and going until the gym is closed. If you ask the nice lady inside the building at the "reception" you may take a free hot shower in the changing room. Good wind protection and friendly locals. Perfect for one night. Quiet night.
Report Check-InStill working, wind sheltered. Bathroom in the sport hall when open and museum/library upon the hill, with free PC service (but internet not working today). Small Copec tank station in town.
Report Check-InSheltered from fierce wind behind old cinema museum. Very quiet overnight. No Facilities. Free.
