There are parking spaces along Dallas Road where Beacon Hill park is across the street, rather than private residences. I would not suggest overnighting on Dallas Road in the parking areas adjacent to private residences. I have stayed in the area adjacent to Beacon Hill Park on two occasions and for multiple nights, without any contact with bylaw officers. Though it should be noted that in vehicle overnight sleeping is provided in Victoria. There are public washrooms with flush toilets and cold running water nearby. I would suggest vacating these spots fairly early in the morning as there are 3.5 hour parking limits during the day on Dallas Road. This spot might get crowded and patrolled in the summer but is quite quiet for winter overnight stays.

Wasn’t bothered for the night. 4 vans here along the way this morning. Good night sleep.

View is nice but still wouldn't recommend as there's a ton of traffic in the am. Rather go to "Beacon Hill Park and 24 hour washroom" a little north from here, since its much quieter and staying for longer than 3½ is actually allowed there.
