Quite busy when we arrived at 18:00, with local vehicles. Well situated near copec, could use their WiFi from where we parked. Quite noisy until about 11pm. Copec had toilet available all night but light was poor. Quite clean but not the best we’ve used.

Report Check-In

We stayed two nights in the parking lot of Caleta Tortel. Quiet night. Despite the heavy-duty ban signs, no one blamed us for parking with our truck, maybe because we were out of tourist season. We were able to connect with electricity in the square and charge water at Copec station.

fine for one night, we had planned to drive to the river spot outside tortel but unfortunately weather was very wet so we opted for dinner out in town instead so for ease stayed here. very quiet during night, copec toilets open close by for free

Report Check-In

I don’t recommend spending the night here unless you come very late at night and leave very early in the morning (at least in high season). Parking was full when we arrived, had to wait until someone left. Big rigs will struggle to find a proper spot, small rigs will struggle with no toilets. Better to stay at the river some 3km before town.

Report Check-In

The parking lot was full, we were standing on the street. very quiet night and wifi from Tortel

Report Check-In

We had no problem finding a parking space, even though it was a Sunday.
But yes, the parking lot was pretty full of residents' cars.
We spent two peaceful nights here.
Great entel 4G coverage !

Passamos duas noites aqui.

We arrived around 3 PM, we found a place, but it was full of cars. It was a Saturday and maybe already low season, restaurants and cafes all closed on the walkways. We got rather disappointed with the amount of junk around. We have always seen photos and we wanted to meet Caleta Tortel

Report Check-In

Parking mostly full during day and early evening. Toilets at Info center 300CLP. Don't I know if they are unlocked at night, but they were still locked at 8pm.

arrived 6pm carpark full. large rigs will not fit anyway unless you want to block part of roundabout.
we parked on the road just before roundabout. (our truck is 7 meters long)

Report Check-In

Roundabout parking area fills up quickly. Asked Carabinero if it was OK to camp in our roof top tent and they said yes but to not take over space larger than your vehicle. So roof top tents with a larger footprint may not be allowed. It was very windy when we were there so decided to camp somewhere else.

Has said previously, car park with few spaces. Only car park of the town !! Bathroom still 200 pesos and closed at 9pm. But clean. We slept here on Thursday night. Calm but dog barking like crazy in the middle of the night. Chilean style.
