Description

Established campground run by the national park service. Not much privacy between sites, but in a wooded setting next to a creek. All sites appeared to have water, electric, and a dump. Flush toilets and garbage available, but no showers. Minimal cell service on ATT and Tmobile. Regular price is $34 per night, and $17 with our America the Beautiful pass (62+ or special access pass, not regular AtB pass). Self-serve kiosk did not have the option to show America the Beautiful Pass discount added on.

Awesome place!!! Bathrooms were nice & toasty in the winter! Had hook ups for electric & water (pretty sure— only used electric)! Spots are pretty close together so easy to make friends :))

Great place to stay to spend a weekend in Hot Springs. All sites have water, dump, and electric! Very nice camp host! sites are close together just like most NP campgrounds

Current rate is $34 per night, half price with Senior pass (62+)
Reservations via recreation.gov, campground is full.
As others have mentioned, sites are pretty close together, more like an RV park in that respect, but you can hike from here, and close to everything. We're here because we want to leave our dog behind with a/c while we visit town.
Good Visible (Verizon) service.
Dump station is closed permanently, but fhu at every site.

Tight campground with little to no privacy between sites. This didn’t bother us much since we were passing through for one night and put our privacy shades up, just worth mentioning. We got one of the first sites on the creek and enjoyed waking up to the calming sound of the water flowing. As other have mentioned, this campground is nestled right off of a main road with a continuous flow of traffic. Again, we didn’t hear the sound much in our sprinter van, but worth mentioning for others. We got in around dinner time and the camp host greeted us the next morning as we were on our way out. He was very kind. Campground was almost at capacity. I would say maybe 6-8 open spots left. Two bars Verizon and one bar for AT &T reception. Bathroom facilities were open during the winter. They were clean and well maintained. We did not use any hookups, but they were available at every site. I believe we saw a dump station on our way out, also.

This campground is run by the NPS and very close to town. We enjoyed our time here.

Clean and safe little spot to camp. No privacy between sites but everyone was quiet and kept to themselves. Some road noise. Sparkling clean bathrooms! 6 minute drive to bath houses in town.

Nice campsite. Worked great for a truck with a RTT. Tons of campers and RVs. Pretty loud road noise though, even at night.

pricey but really nice campground. all RV spots but we did see tent campers. all have electric, water, and waste hookups, some have fir pits and/or grills
$30/night unless you have Senior America the Beautiful pass. Note: senior discount only, the website is misleading. regular ATB pass doesn't count. we still paid full price and stayed 3 nights.
aporox 2 mile hike through NP to bath house row.

Nice place bit tight. Designed for RVs but I did it with a popup tent. Might be challenging for ground tent. Got spot near creek which was nice. Showed up at 11am and only 2 open sites, first come first served. All sites have water, power, table, and pedestal bbq but most don’t have fire ring. So sad but no fire for me. Weird kiosk payment machine only lets you reserve at 12:05pm, so sat around for an hour until I could register. You can reserve multiple days but if you don’t then you have to hang around until 12:05 to extend. Wish they would move to a QR type system. Host was very nice. 1 or 2 bars 5G AT&T.

Nice campground. First come first serve. About 4 spots were open at 2:30 on a Sunday. All spots were full Monday evening. Water, electric, sewer. No showers. Road noise during day, but traffic was light in the evening.

Came in at noon on a Monday as it opened, 1 spot was available, self serve kiosk had to option for adding Americas the beautiful pass so we paid 30$

Located in Hot Springs National Park. 40 places to park all with hookups, water, grill and fire pit. Campground is first come first serve. I arrived at 4pm on a Tuesday and by sunset it was full. $30 fee per night but if you have a national parks annual pass you can use the senior discount for $15. Drive in, pick a site and then walk over to the self serve office to pay for your spot. Cards only no cash. Clean bathrooms available. The parking spots are fairly close together and there was quite a bit of noise. There were a lot of other van lifers at this spot which was cool.
