Something not right?

Description

I can confirm that they do allow overnight parking. I asked them. No designated big rig parking spaces. They told us to just park at the end of the the lot near the tree line taking up numerous spaces.

Latest Check-Ins

Had a wonderful meal in the restaurant. Very nice people and they welcome campers to park in the parking lot at either behind the building (pretty flat) or the left side (viewed from the front ) near the trees (some inclination). Trains ran through there regularly even at night and the noise was rather loud, unfortunately.

Report Check-In

No RV designated places but we parked in the lot to the left next to the tree line. Was a little hesitant given that someone posted at another Cracker Barrel that it is illegal to overnight park in Tennessee. I googled the law & it is for public lands & I believe that Cracker Barrel’s don’t fill in that category. Needless to say, we were the only RV to overnight but no one bothered us at all. This CB closed at 10pm. Someone did mention that police patrolled the lot, but I was unaware of anyone throughout the night. This CB was full of friendly & helpful people. We are vegan & the waitress went back & forth to the kitchen asking about ingredients. They even prepared their broccoli specifically for us. Thank you CB!

Called and asked permission to stay overnight in our camper van and we were told that it was allowed. When we arrived, we noticed that it was a quiet lot set back in the woods. However, it was on the smaller side, and we saw no designated RV spots near the store. There may have been some down in the lower lot near the hotel, but those were far away from the restaurant in near the busy road. This is a decent, quiet spot for a camper van, but maybe not the greatest for a larger RV. Would stay again.

Is was food for the night. There is a train somewhere close but it’s stopped between 22h and 6ham. We parked at the end and it was quieter than the one in Clinton.

Asked in the restaurant to be nice before eating the last meal of 2022. They said to park in the back row next to the trees. Super quiet!

Report Check-In

Trains were very loud in the night. Police drove through the lot a couple times. Not much else besides the usual cracker barrel parking lot besides that

Report Check-In

Convenient off the highway for an overnight stop. There's a railroad nearby and we could hear trains overnight. A police officer patrolled the parking lot overnight and woke us up because we had left the van doors open for airflow and he thought it might have been broken into. He was super nice and apologized for waking us up. Said the motel next door attracts shady characters and he wanted to make sure we were OK.

Report Check-In

Very nice and quiet. Better than a rest stop. Surrounded by woods.
