Right off route 65. Good place for a quick night stay. Find a level spot off one of the dirt roads and you’re there. Be sure not to go too far back or you’ll be off the BLM land.

In case this shows up as active for anyone else, there’s a big sign at the front of this road that says “Conoco access only” despite it showing as BLM on Gaia. It’s closed.
Report Check-InNOT BLM - parked near some decommissioned oil tanks not far at all off the road and was approached respectfully in the morning by workers who asked if we were headed out today. When I asked, they informed that this is privately owned property, not BLM, and said that there is some BLM 'down by the river,' pointing generally north up the 65. Anyway just a heads up. Cool spot and might be doable if you arrive after dark and leave in early morning, but not government land.
Report Check-InPulled into the dirt road about 12am for a night stay. Easy to find a level spot, 2wd is fine but higher clearance vehicle recommended or drive very carful as the road is not even. Relatively quiet with the exception of come "clanking" from the oil rigs. Definitely recommend if you prefer a more secluded area than a Walmart parking lot. Left around 9am and never saw anyone.
