The spit of land next to the Snake River and to the north and west of Melvin Brewing’s facility is all BLM land. It’s mostly gravel and flat. It’s a few steps from boondocking to beer and pub food!

lots of people already camped out on a wednesday, not a very well-kept secret. would have been a cool spot but not worth relying on this as a place to stay. i would skip it entirely based on there being other spots around the palisades
Report Check-Inall previous posts right on...except for ripe dog poo smell..moved 2x, succes on 3rd go.
Report Check-InFlat, easy to access, stellar sunset views, and a quick walk to brews. Plenty of space to set up just off the gravel roads and closer to shoreline. Solid spot to set up camp for our drive home. While close to town, it was very quiet. The only "noise" we heard were the birds getting feisty near sunrise. If you're passing through the area to Tetons/Yellowstone, it would be a nice spot on the way in or out of the area.
Report Check-Inwe were the only boondocker here..we posted up on the lower part of the gravel road but options endless with the lake this low
Report Check-InGood stay, quiet spots near Melvin Brewery. Gas and food store on a mile or so away.
Report Check-Inlots of spaces to camp and lots of rvs and vans nearby. The brewery looked closed when I arrived at 9pm
Report Check-InLots of possible spaces all around the water, and quite a few RVs and campers here, but lots of space between.
Report Check-InThis location has spaces on BLM land as well as in the parking lot of Melvin Brewery (reserve via Harvest Hosts + minimum $20 purchase in brewery). Free WiFi available in brewery, limited cell signals outside (t-mobile). Nice spot for a night if you’re on the way to or from Jackson Hole/Tetons.
