Free campground. About 5-8 campsites along the gravel road. Picnic tables and fire pits. There are some trails nearby. Verizon signal pretty weak (1-2 bars) but in some spots it’s better. Had to walk around to find them.

Nices several campsite and trails. But if you come to sleep the weekend, take the first camp… at the end of the Gravel road it’s the party. Very nice people and beautiful atmosphere.
Report Check-InDONT stay at site 6. We got in around 7pm and there was 2 cars at the hiking trail so we set up. The next day we were covered in cars, people walking through our campsite and almost hitting our suv and solar panel with their vehicles. The rest of the place looked great though.
Report Check-InVery good spot , but if you go on a weekend, and you don’t want to party with the locals til 4:00 am , take the no 1 spot , its far from the « action » , good parking space and following the trail , you will discover your large camp site with fire ring. 😉👍🏻 ok for a van or car , no place for big rig.
Report Check-InFantastic state forest. Stayed at site 8. Walked down to the river for a fun swim.
Report Check-InReally nice and quiet spot out in the woods. Make sure your GPS takes you to the right spot - there is a dead end road that terminates 1/4 mile from this spot that is not ok to camp on, and Google Maps took us there first. Double checked and got here by our own reckoning. Great Verizon service.
Report Check-InBeautiful, serene, quiet and pretty clean as well. First time Boondocking and absolutely loved it would definitely do it again.
Report Check-InGreat spot, it's rainy and cars have come and gone. there are some car campers here. massive spaces for like 3 or 4 tents each. accessible outhouses and some covered pavilion spaces.
Report Check-InThis place is pretty sweet! The designated campsites are huge although the parking spots are for cars. There’s some bigger spots for vans/bigger cars though. Great trails nearby. I showed up on Thursday and it was super quiet and enjoyable that I stayed Friday too. A lot of people showed up on Friday and were playing decently loud music until ~11. overall, i’d recommend!
Report Check-InQuiet place. Mid week half the campsite where taken. Park across from day camping no problem. Nice Hike / bike trail . Use Repellent and check for ticks, place is super wooded . Camp in designated areas. In the summer , good place for a mid week stay - probably won’t find a spot weekend.
Report Check-InStayed here 2 years in a row and love it! Free campsites, seems to be popular and the people at other campsites seemed friendly. Pretty quiet at night; very quiet in the morning (slept in til 10!!) Great for tent camping, a difficult road to navigate for larger vehicles (dirt road & hills) but doable. Good service (AT&T), no bathrooms, a bit of trash scattered around campsites.
Report Check-InAwesome place will fit a 30’ class C barley Stream running close by. Fire pit and covered picnic table free for 3 nights then Ranger will write a pass for max of 10 nights. Highly recommend this place
