A day spot just off the highway. No overnight parking signs so we stayed. It’s a little messy some garbage and yes road noise didn’t bother us at all. Windy yes ..didn’t bother us either. Would stay here again!

Decent spot to work from for a few hours. Through traffic was consistent but no one else stayed long. Lots of dumpsters available, but people don't seem to know how to use them: broken glass, other trash, and 💩 everywhere, plus some old couches.

Fine. Some road noise, but not bad. Good cell.

this is a chill spot, only ones here, quiet. Lil trashy and some graffiti but good enough to call it a night here

This is a decent spot just a few minutes north of Rt 40/Cadillac Ranch/Amarillo. It’s a bit noisy from road traffic over the bridge but much more peaceful than Rt 40. Camping next to or under the bridge provides privacy (lack of visibility) from the road which is really nice. Upon entering the picnic area, there is a space between the horse pasture fence and the bridge which leads to the river where there’s lots of private camp space. I camped here from about 7pm-7am on a Friday. Didnt see another soul the entire time. Could just hear the vehicles passing over the bridge. Find more of my adventures on IG @ultimate.vacation 🌎✌️❤️

Wow, this is so dirty, smells like old beer, trash around we kept going

7 official spots with picnic tables, all very level. several dumpsters, no toilets, no water. only one other vehicle when we arrived at sunset. the sign says 24hr limit and you're not allowed to erect a tent or shelter without a permit. we weren't sure what that meant for us with a pop-up campervan, but a state patrol officer drove through once while we were awake and stopped to talk to the other vehicle but didn't say anything to us, so I assume it was ok for us to be camping there. we heard about a dozen of what sounded like air pistol shots coming from the farm next door around dusk, but we didn't feel unsafe. the noise level was consistent with what we would expect from having a highway right next door. the traffic died down significantly overnight, so it wasn't a problem. I wouldn't suggest riding bikes around this area because there were tons of goat heads and thorns.

One of the worst overnight spots! Road noise all night. Loads of flies from the neighboring farm. Very trashed
