Before arriving in Casa Nova / BA, there is a beach by the São Francisco River. It is possible to camp directly in the sand (ideal 4x4 traction), or in the parking lot close by. Beautiful and quiet place during the week, but it can get crowded and noisy on weekends. Windy, which can be anoying in roof tents. No facilities, except a small hotel right in front of the river.
4G Vivo signal works just fine.
