This place was a nice break from the trailer park. Same price $300MX per night for a big room with double bed. Parked on the street no problems. Bikes to use if you want and right near the main square in old town. Easy to take a bus to the more flashy areas of Maz if that's your thing. Rooftop hang out area with kitchen. Rooms with air-con are $400. Wifi was fine. Good place to stay before or after the ferry. They are working on some dorm rooms currently so those should offer even cheaper rates for travelers.

Stayed there for a week & half while our car was being worked on. The price for a private for two people is 550 pesos on the week days or 750 pesos for Friday & Saturday night. We tried negotiating since we were staying for a long time & the owner told us 540 pesos & wouldn’t go any lower. The rooftop has a view of the cathedral & the kitchen is nice with free drinking water. There is a small convenience store down the block with drinks r& snacks. Plaza Machado is 3 minutes away with live music Thursday night through Sunday night. Olas Atlas beach is 5 minutes away. There is a huge market that’s open every day 5 minutes down the road with tons of veggies, fruits, meat, fish, pastries & souvenirs shop. The hotel also offers gated parking right accros the street for 80 pesos a day/night.
Report Check-InBasic but nice, fun, and great location. Discounted rates for bicycle and motorcycle riders: dorm beds 180 private rooms 380 but you might have to remind them to get it. Nice place friendly staff. Beer store very close. Great rooftop terrace with kitchen, wifi on all levels and free drinking water!
