bathrooms locked some time after 9pm, not open at 5 but the porta potties were unlocked. No no overnight parking signs, but half way around the pond is a small sign saying park hours are 5am-11pm. stayed in the parking lot with another van and a car. the road alongside was full of what looked like long termers.

Everything was clean and tidy.

Report Check-In

Stayed one night. Felt safe and was not bothered. Parked next to the park, across the street was an apartment building (so it’s not in front of anyone’s house). The GPS coordinates via Google maps should take you to the gravel shoulder that is mentioned in other reviews. It is a decently trafficked road, but seemed to quite down overnight and the fans in my van blocked out any noise. Nice for a city day with dogs, being right by the park and all.

We parked in the big parking next to the road. Not in the street. Police past at night and said nothing. Very good sleep. No train. Very Little noise from the street. Table, basket place and little playground. Perfect for our family

We parked on the parking next to the dog park. Inside the park. Very quiet. Slept until 9am :-) perfect city-spot!

Report Check-In

Lightly trafficked arterial - wide gravel shoulder can accommodate a van or trailer. Slight slant. Nice to park near a public amenity rather than in front of someone's house.

I drove around to the other side of the park to Wilden St. It's a dead end street wit an apartment building on one side and the dog park on the other. I parked on the dog park side of the street. There was no traffic and I had a nice walk around the park the next morning.

Free, quiet and safe way to park your van.

Bozeman pit stop. Searching for someone. Quiet and safe

Report Check-In

This is just an extra wide gravel shoulder on a residential street. Traffic was light overnight but picked up a lot in the morning. We were able to find a level spot. No one hassled us.

Report Check-In

couldn't find the gravel spots they speak of. dog park area was very busy. other parking lot seemed ok but opted to sleep elsewhere

Report Check-In

Gravel parking spaces right next to the dog pond park in Bozeman. We spent the whole night parked here and nobody bothered us. There were a couple of campers/vans parked near us too. It was nice because the park next door has bathrooms available. A very convenient place to park if you have a dog and want to take them to the park at night/morning.

We talked to some others parked in a van near us and learned that in Bozeman it is legal to park on any street as long as it is not private property so I think the town as a whole is fairly van-friendly.
