Latest Check-Ins

Amazing enough the campground is only 1/3 full on a Saturday night. Great views!

Report Check-In

Very quiet, amazing views. Pit toilets & 1 dumpster. No Ranger, so bring wood if you want to build a fire. 35$ on the honor system. GPS coordinates are incorrect, but signage fairly clear.

Report Check-In

Yes it’s $35 per night for absolutely no services but the views are stunning. Relatively quiet off season with not much road noise.

GPS location is wrong.
$35 a night for campsite.
One bar verizon.
Nice ocean view.
Busy though and campsites are fairly packed together.

Report Check-In

Nice place for a night or nights. No way that we could see to pay the fee. Looked like a host RV at the entrance but no one around. I think the campground is partially closed. Pit toilet open and stocked.

Note that the Vista Point to the north is signed No Camping.

Report Check-In

Great spot on the cliffs overlooking the Pacific. $35 a night. Pit toilets. Beach access. Fire pit and picnic table at each site.

Report Check-In

This was a beautiful spot. It is a $35 charge, typical of the state park campgrounds with no perks. There are a few other RV campgrounds that may be cheaper. I've never been robbed by raccoons but they decided they liked my provisions so beware. No cell service either.

Report Check-In

Other part of the state beach 35$/night expensive, but a view, fire pit , picnic table ! Toilet pit , water access

Report Check-In

$35 a night for not much. Pretty view and nice, rocky beach. Pit toilets, no showers, old picnic tables and fire pits.
Lots of dirt.
Very open so you see all your neighbors.
Close to CA1 so road noise could be a problem but we slept fine.
A heavy fog/mist rolled in that felt other-worldly.
We found one water spigot in day use area that we think was potable....

Report Check-In

Yes. 25 USD for a car/tent. You can spot whales before the coast.
