Pulled off here because every campsite is full and the nearest overlander spot was too far. Lots of other RVs and vans were parked here as well. No “no” signs. Stayed overnight, overlooking the ocean. Big space. Even BBQd outside on a cooker. Had great service as well (Verizon)
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Rolled in before sunset and there were already two other campers. It was relatively quiet, we had no problems and the view was stunning.
Report Check-InThis place is phenomenal if you can catch the sunset on a clear day. gorgeous waves crashing, we weren't bothered at all, plenty of space, only 3 other vehicles were parked here, no no parking signs. 100% reccomend. we were surprised there wasn't a ton of people parked for the night here.
Report Check-InNice large spot. Traffic was light at first but picked up in the early morning hours. Also it is on a downhill slope so the trucks are using some compression brakes. View fabulous but no ocean access without some pretty intense scrambling.
Report Check-Invery sick spot! tons of room for multiple rigs and insane views. a little warning: there is construction going in that area right now, so we went to bed alone and woke up to about 15-20 construction vehicles starting work. they were super chill and let us be. also, there are tons of smaller pullouts with similar views along the next 10 or so miles heading south :)
Report Check-InBeautiful level spot overlooking the ocean with the sound of crashing waves. Love it here...
Report Check-InStayed here 2 nights with no problems. A few other vans and RV’s. Felt safe. No knocks. Beautiful views of the coast. Good Verizon and T-Mobile service. Bathrooms at the visitor center a few miles north
Report Check-InNice spot. Full LTE (V, gFi). No beach access. Okay for all size rigs. We spent a night here.
Report Check-InStayed overnight without issue. Some traffic noise, as it’s right off the highway, and several other Boondockers. But also the sound of the waves, beautiful stars, and quite a view in the morning.
Report Check-InBeautiful level roadside turnout. Watched a beautiful sunset, no “no overnight parking” signs, spent the night with no issues. Two other campers here too. Road noise is loud but didn’t bother us; ocean sounds helped drown it out.
Report Check-InCool Ocean view. No apparent beach access. Large gravel pull out with no “No Overnight Parking” signage.
Report Check-Ingreat spot! right off the highway so there is some noise and you will see high-beams at night otherwise beautiful view. several other vans/cars parked overnight as well. good Verizon service.
Report Check-InRight off the 101. There is some traffic noise but nothing too bad. There no "No" parking signs and there are other campervans and RVs here. Awesome view of the ocean for an amazing Sunset. Have LTE with Sprint 3 bars.
