Apparently the council don't like that place at dug a deep trench to cut of that spot from the road.

great spot for a night. very dirty tho, lots of people dump their stuff here and lots of glass. but you'll get a nice view over the forest and mountains in the background.
their are a few fire rings about
high clearance would be helpful as the entrance is very narrow and uneven

Report Check-InWas going to mention the amount of garbage we saw dumped out here, but when we saw two piles of poop right at the viewpoint I realized this place IS a dump
Report Check-InYes the place has garbage, but i think it is because local people go and throw out their stuff here. We saw a TV, some car parts, etc.
Overall we had a great sleep and could see the stars and the amazing sunset pretty well. No problem at all.
Report Check-Inhad a great and quiet night. only us until evening and 2 other campers came. nice spot for sunset
Report Check-InGreat pull off on the side of the road. lots of fellow campers parked around us, and lots of tents set up. came at 8 and got a spot on a long weekend
Report Check-In8 mins off the highway on a forest service road, gravel, easy drive for 2wd. Good turnaround for a big camper if needed. Great view of the sunset. Could fit 4 parties. Quiet. Only downside is the rubbish, we collected some and took it with us but it didn’t even put a dent in the amount left still. A few dirt bikes passing by in the late morning. We stayed in a van on a weeknight.
Report Check-InNot a really good place. Ok it's free and quiet (at night only), but the place is full of garbage ! So sad for this place... It's a shame ! Saw a guy from Alberta trying to clean the place. He picked more than 10 bags in 50 sq.
Report Check-InGravel road through forest, few spots to pull in amongst the trees. We found a bigger spot with a fire pit and amazing view for the night.
Another car came by to watch the sunset then we were alone until the morning when a logging truck drove by but we were well hidden
A few gravel pulloffs at the Whiskey Creek trails. Popular spot for dirt bikes and ATV’s so can get busy on weekends, great spot when weather isn’t favourable for them! Plotted point is the best site with great view!
