Beautiful & secluded views of Mt Hood! Parked in a small pullout and then went about 20m downhill to set up my hammock and make a fire. Stone fire ring. No views from the road but frickin amazing views from campsite (so not great for RVs). Set up my hammock. Not extremely flat ground for tents, but it could work. No traffic at all on the road. Some road noise from the forest road below however. Tons of firewood around. No T-mobile service.

I was surprised to see a lot of the other spots in the area already taken on a Tuesday evening in June! I can't imagine what it's like on a summer weekend. I managed to be alone here but the spot isn't too special imo. Not a whole lot of space and the view is a bit obstructed.
Report Check-InAmazing view of Mt Hood. Didn’t see anyone else on a Wednesday night. Unobstructed views of the mountain and a tall fire pit. Plenty of space for my RAV4 and the road up was fine. A few good trees for hammocks.
