Ecuador
Hosteria with big swimming pool and water slides. Toilets by pool (Not very nice). Cost $5 per person including free use of pools. Restaurant on site. Gate locked at night for bathrooms.
Recent comment 2/17 - $ 7 / person not negotiable even for the 8 year old for roadside parking ... certainly the pool is nice. So we went our way

Fine for one night. $7ppn. Wifi only lasted through afternoon. Elec. Did not inquire about water, Not noisy in night - only 2 trucks. Friendly staff. Big pool and waterslides. Great for children. Friendly staff.
Report Check-InWe paid $15 for a family of four to use the pool. Turns out it doubles as a truck stop at night. Parking lot was completely full with trucks coming and going all night.
Report Check-InGreat stop before crossing to Peru. Kids had fun for hours in the pools. One lap pool w 1m, 3m and 5m diving board. Another pool with 2 small slides and a third pool with a larger waterslide. I hung out in the hammocks. Only thing missing was a pina colada in my hand but they did have beer. $5 each and $2.50 for kids to camp and entrance to pools day of and next day. Toilets, wifi and electricity all night, showers too (before 6pm when pool closes). Toilets in restaurant as well as by pools and as at 9:00pm when I went to bed, were still open. People working there were really nice, no bad experience as noted in previous posts.
Report Check-In5 Dollar per Person, good for a Night. For is friendly enough.
Good for Big Rigs.
5 Dollars for an open, unattended parking lot is pricey. Unfriendly owner. Perhaps because the hosteria is for sale.
Report Check-InSpent one night, paid Usd 10 for 2 adults and 2 children for free, wifi ok (Not speed of light). Had a great time at the swimming pool and water slides.
Report Check-InVery busy and noisy when we were there on a Saturday. $5 each with no electricity. Cold showers, with no curtains in women's bathroom at least. Place is up for sale. The highest getting here (59, I think) is the worst road (paved but with many potholes) we encountered in Ecuador.
Report Check-InWe parked in the carpark, and they wanted to charge us $6 per person (4 of us) but we agreed on $4 each as we didn't use pool or bathrooms. Electricity was available in the car park, and wifi also reached us there.
Report Check-Inwe stayed here for one night in our RV. we paid 3$ p/p. it was o.k. and we had free wifi. very nice staff ! if you have kids, they will love the playground with watherslide and the big poolareal !
Report Check-InVery nice place if you have children. 5$ each person a nignt. Nice people. Good restaurant. Wifi on the parking.
Report Check-InNice relatively clean rooms with van. Paid 12.5/pp. Parking for free. Good overnight place.
Report Check-InPaid $3 each to camp. Gravel parking lot. A single room was $12.50, not bad if you want to splurge. Internet connection in lobby.
