We have stayed in Parowan Gap a few times (nice spot!) and gotten fuel and water here. Some of the clerks are not the friendliest but it works.
Report Check-InRes water spigot across from fuel pumps. It was locked but they gave me the key to unlock and fill. Plenty of space and very easy access for large rigs.
Report Check-Inwater is still there, however, there us a lock on it. guy said new owner put it on and they do not have the key..
