Description

This is a very old, unused, and overgrown road that leads to someone’s large farm property. Look close on satellite when exiting the highway to catch it. Going north towards Guerrero Negro, the pull off is on the left hand side at 27.3789548, -113.1897777. We parked about 1/2 a mile down to get away from the highway. You can go a bit further, but you end up at someone’s large and luscious ranch. The area is beautiful with tons of wild flowers, Joshua trees, and all kinds of cactus. 4x4 is recommended, it’s bumpy from the lack of care and the rocks. Lots of bugs at this time of year flying around and just being annoying, so we had screens in everything and no open windows. No one would bother you down here since the road isn’t used any longer. We enjoyed the quiet night. Perfect for one night’s stop in the area. We had LTE with ATT.

Latest Check-Ins

Spent the night here with another couple. Super tight setup, but we felt very safe. Great place to sleep, but not a place to hangout.
