NP ranger told us the parking is private now

Report Check-In

today totally different.
there is only the park office with 6000 col entrance fee p.p.

left is huge private parking for 2000 col. a day. under trees with shadow the whole day. For the night we paid 3000 col extra for motorhomes 7 meter and two people. Every motorhome will fit in!

At this moment they are building new bathrooms with showers. At the ciosk in front there is fresh water. Didn't know if drinkable but good for your shower.

If you turn left before the park entrance along a short fence, you will find a way (50 meters) down to the beach for free.

Really nice place for a few nights.

stayed here and it's a cool little beach front basic camp spot- NP entrance and you are in the palms by the water

Report Check-In

Stayed in the car park for 2 nights. Again Police advised us to go up to the campsite but met other people camping outside the national park gates that have guards so stayed there too. Has toilets, sink washing facilities and rinse showers. After the first night we packed up as we were going into the actual park and moved our car to a secure site as we weren't going to be around. Worked out well we kept our receipt for the NP as on the second eve as we were setting up a ranger came over to say we were in a NP but when we showed we'd paid into the park that day ($6 each) he was fine with us camping for free

Report Check-In

Parked near the gate for security as we were stopped by two locals who reported recent smash and grabs. Police patrolled the park and stopped to say hello and give safety tips. Bathrooms only with rinse off showers. You can park right next to the beach.
