Nice camping spot for camper vans. The road to get here is a bit rough. 5 minute hike to the waterfalls. Free, but must give small donation to the owner. Bathroom. Now shower. No wifi and no cel signal.

We were here in the dry season. The dirty road was in a good condition and with Mercedes Sprinter 5.3 t. driveable. The steep part at the beginning we used 4x4 but after this it was an easy drive. When we arrived there they charged for the parking lot 4 $ p.p. and we were told that an overnight stay here would be dangerous and that a guard would be organized for $20. We left!
Report Check-InThey now charge $4/person. They also provide the guide to take you to the fall, I am traveling solo so it was great to have someone take the photos.
As you take the trail, you will come across small water hole, Mirador and then the main waterfall. It's gorgeousvt5. Right across the waterfall, there is a sandy area where you 67F ican sunbathe. Thegk434sd e also take you behind the waterfall so you can see down ou⁷7gkn the sandy beach and take photos. Do not miss that.
After the afternoon at the fall I spent the night in the parking lot. John, the head parking attendant is a real nice guy. He had a car rental business, covid and lack of tourism folded tge business. He is trying yo make it back. Please be generous with tour tips with these folks. I have heard from quite a few guides tgat German, French and dutch are terrible with their tips.
We didn't stay here because it has been raining, the street is bad and We didn't want to risk our van.
Luca who is the owner is very friendly and he told us that we were welcome.
the senior Jose was our guide, he is 60 years old and he is active and good guide, after tour he gave us watermelon.
Don't has cost the tour, just a donation
