Beautiful and peacfull place. Luis is making this abandoned two 'villas' huge area ready for travelers. Shade under the palms, sunset directly on your hand and longbord paradise.
Toilets and shower avaible. Price depends on your spirit. $50 parking, overnight stay price negotiable. Restaurants five minutes beach walk distance. Cell phone service averidge.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.

This place is right on the beach. The bathrooms & showers are simple but they work. I don’t think there’s great swimming or beginners surf here since it’s SUPER shallow for a really long time with a really rocky bottom.
The owner wanted to charge us 300 for the two of us but we negotiated down to 200
Stayed here 11 nights. Regular price is $150, but we agreed on $120 for the long stay. Place is actually called Punta Saladita.
Closest place to the paddle out.
2/3 toilets have seats.
Toilets had paper 2/3 of the time.
Cold shower with privacy from the camping area, but only so/so in the odd event that someone walks around the back.
Couple of long term surfer tenants squirreled away near the old house.
Contrary to the comment below, this place is actually perfect for beginner's surfing and a bit of splashing around. The area right off the campground is one of the best "absolute beginner" spots I've ever seen, and had constant, absolute beginner sized waves the entire time I was there, and the campground hosted beginners lessons multiple times per day. The bottom is cobblestone and doesn't have any urchins or anything. You can walk on it. There are very few dangers.
Report Check-Ingreat spot!
100 pesos per person per night. great location for surfing, swimming, walking the beach, etc. you are right on the beach here, unlike the other campground (Paco's) where it looked like most people were parked behind the restaurant
only amenities are toilets and an outdoor shower. no electricity yet as of mid Feb 2023 (he said hopefully in a couple months).
they seem to be working hard on improving the place, built a new palapa while we were there. also had a temezcal going on Sunday evening.
Report Check-In$100MX to park a car. We just drove in to check it out. Seems like a great spot with a beautiful breeze, very tranquil. Looks like there are bathrooms. The road is open but one way and a little bumpy.
Definitely open for business though!
Report Check-InWanted to camp here but the road is under construction. You may be able to get there via a detour.
