Has three cash desks. When all are operating the processing is relatively fast, even with a queue on the street.
There was no obvious limit on the amount of cash withdrawal.
Warning: If you are heading south, it will become increasingly difficult to find cash at Western Unions after Bariloche until you reach Rio Gallagos or Ushuaia. Many locations will not have cash or will have a limit to how much you can take out. Get as much cash as you can here!!!
