Description

A free park with numerous picnic areas throughout each having a water hookup. Bring a hose! I ran into a park ranger while here and they seem very nice. I'm also in a class b Sprinter van.

Perfect to fill the van of water! The rangers are super nice and can help you find the place. But when you get in the park at the first stop turn left and look for the picnics tables. Sites have their own hose .

Beautiful and quiet park!! Came here for water. No entrance fee and free water. Most faucets were too far from parking, but I was able to back in to Picnic Area #3 and fill up!!

Water available at picnic areas as of December 2023. Nice park - we opened up our van and did some cleaning and organizing while we filled up with water.

Our hose wasn't long enough to fill up our tank BUT my boyfriend was really not feeling well and we needed a quiet place to park so that he could rest all day and nobody bothered us.

In fact, one of the park ranger asked us if we were OK at the end of the day and wished my boyfriend to feel better and kindly told us to leave between 10:30 and 10:45pm, as the park is closing at 11pm.

NOTE: There is cockroach🪳 and we saw a biiiiiig one, so don't leave your things outside....

This is a super fancy, decent size city park actually open until 11pm. follow the gps point. We got tricked following the signs for the picnic pavilion instead at first. There were open water access points at each picnic area. #3 had a parking space close enough to run our short hose. I could see the picnic areas being full on a weekend midday, so I would keep that in mind.

What everyone else said! A short hose was attached but I needed mine to reach my van. One thing to note is that dogs are not allowed. The ranger that stopped by let us know and was cool with us filling up as long my pup stayed inside.

Used #3 and backed in to be closest. Ranger came by and stopped. He looked unsure, but said yes when I asked if it was okay.

Nice picnic areas, each with water tap. There are also water fountains near the toilet. Thanks for marking it, it saved our life.
