Construction is mostly finished, except for the curves. But no construction equipment on the road. Totally passable. The paved parts are super nice right now. Dry season was easy to drive.
In general, if this is the wet season, I’d expect some landslides.
Report Check-InSorry, correction: NOT fully paved, many switchbacks are still gravel and abit loose/soft, go with caution.
Report Check-Inwe passed with our bicycles in march 2020. construction seem to take time before asphalt will be there.
we passed at 9am in the morning and have not been stopped. our friend passed 1 hour after us and they gor stopped 20min twice so yes expect delays.
this is passable definitely.
