The place is open, it's a simple camping site with electricy, hot water, slow wifi and close to supermarket and restaurants. We paid Ars$1500 per person in a tent which compared to other places is a cheap price. The entrance is totally flat ground, simple for any kind of vehicle. keep into acount this kind of trees drips savia all the time which may cover your tent with it.
