Rose Nulman Park is a private lot on the oceanfront that is free and open to all.

I see why it's marked closed....it is the parking lot of a Homeland Security location. Nice place to walk your dog, take a nap.Report Check-In
As everyone has said, terrific place to park for the night. Great views and lots of room for several vehicles.
There were three motor homes parked here last night. It was very windy but other than that it was quiet.
Beautiful spot right on the water. Upper and lower lots are open, and there is also street parking before the lot. Full bars Verizon service. Gets busy early morning with all the surfers.Report Check-In
Perfect place to park. I have a small 24ft class C and there was plenty of parking. Spent two nights no problem. Good cell service. Very windy and it was starting to get cold but worth the stay.Report Check-In
Nice night. No issues. 5 other vehicles there for the night.Report Check-In
Beautiful spot, lots of surfers. A few people here. Note it’s an open parking lot with not too much privacyReport Check-In
Wow. What a great spot! Gorgeous sunrise. This is my favorite so far in more than 13 states. Several people here but very quiet. Hope it stays that way for future trips.Report Check-In
Cannot recommend this place enough!! Such an awesome spot! Woke up with the sunrise and the sound of crashing waves 😍Report Check-In
Great spot for the night. This park is almost made just for for caravans and folks wanting to fish during the day. Lovely waves crashing in the background at the bottom of the cliff. Beautiful views!Report Check-In
Stunning park! Highly recommend. Super chill people and amazing place on the ocean.Report Check-In
we stayed the night. very quiet, very beautiful to wake up to the sunrise.Report Check-In
Excellent overnight spot!
The upper and lower lots are open - lots of space. There were many staying the night. By 6:30 Saturday morning the place was full of surfers. There was no noise though. This is one of the best oceanside spots I've found.
One of my favorite spots I’ve stayed at on the east coast. Pretty views at any time of the day. Lots of people filtering through but nothing crazy, there’s lots of parking and room for everyone. No facilities but there’s a gas station 1.5 miles up the road with clean restrooms. Be sure to stop at Iggys for dinner, only a 3 minute drive up the road. Added bonus - you’re almost right on the water and you can listen to the waves crash all night.Report Check-In
Stayed here 6/5/21. Wonderful place to stay. As others have stated, busy in the early evening, but not something we couldn’t handle. Will definitely stay again!Report Check-In
Couple of surfers/fishers through the night but otherwise a cute and quiet stay.Report Check-In
Same as others, upper lot is closed due to covid. Lower lot (dirt areas by the road) worked great for a night. Some people coming down and turning around through the night. A little noisy because of the wind, but beautiful place.Report Check-In
Lots of cars turning around till about 11pm at night. Upper lot is closed, lower lot has no view. Not a bad overnight spot. Beautiful sunrise.Report Check-In
Ocean front parking lot was closed but able to sleep in lower lot. Busy, lots of cars coming and going all night long. No one bothered me tho. BEAUTIFUL.Report Check-In
Stayed here overnight. Pretty quiet and right on the water. There are no facilities here so you should be prepared. Not the quietest of places but was good for a night.Report Check-In
