Description

Private and safe parking lot. The friendly staff of Livingston Hotel let us leave the car here for 12 nights, while we were in Galapagos, for only 5$ per night. We could also stay and sleep in our RV back from Galapagos, for the same price. It has running water, and you can ask for the wifi code (CHILENOS4, at the time). We could also use the toilets.
Located only 5 minutes walk far from a big (but expensive) mall, Mall del Sol.
We stayed for one night in a hotel room (huge, fresh, clean, and small kitchenette available) before we went to Galapagos, for 40$ for two people.

We kept our van here for 12 nights; two of which we slept. $5 per night. Taxi to the airport is $3.

No problems to report. Safe and very nice staff. Clean bathrooms. We did not use the showers as we have our own.

Nearby there is laundry that will pick up and drop off. Prices for same day .89 per pound, $2.50 for pick up and $2.50 for delivery. Next day prices .70 per pound and $1.50 each for pick up and delivery. WhatsApp +593 98 920 6426. Very professional and all laundry came back clean, neatly folded and accounted for.

We arrived at the 29th of Sept and parked our motorhome at this place for 17 days (Galapagos). Some modernization still going-on, but worth asking if you need a secure place to park your car. Rest as descriped bellow.

not always available as he only has a few spots and customer may have already taken them. the park in the north of town is a good free guarded alternative

Our rig spent 12 nights here (we camped here 2 of those nights, and were in the galapagos the rest of the time). So safe. Still $3 whether you camp or not. WiFi password still current. Toilets always available in reception area. Perfect option for the city.

True there is a height restriction, but I guess the definition of 'big rig' can vary, because what we would consider to be a huge campervan (a French-plated Winnebago style rig) was filling half the car park here when we arrived.

Someone before us had obviously requested electricity, as a 110v power cord was strung out into the car park (very useful, as our 12v fan wasn't cutting through the heat).

I wouldn't hesitate to park here again. Great spot!

Report Check-In

This place is definitely NOT USABLE FOR BIG RIGS!! As this place was marked as "Big Rig friendly" we tried to pull in with our 3.30m high truck - no way at all.

Parked the van here for 9 nights while out to Galapagos. 3 dollars a day. Fit our 2.7 m van. Has a camera and seems secure. Consider booking a room in advance on weekend. Mall food court of American fast food dreams just a walk away.
