Beautiful camp spot - quiet a while from highway 1. Excellent spear fishing. High clearance vehicles only; 4x4 not necessary. A little breezy but no one around for miles. Perfect spot to stay away from crowds. You may get scratches on sides of your vehicle from brush on road out to beach. 2 bars 3g service

pretty cool spot to camp and have a fire , ocean not great for swimming, don't use Google maps to get here, use Gaia app and follow the roads on satilite maps.4x4 required, or maybe 2wd with high clearance and really good tires....

infact google takes u to the other side of river and the last stretch is reaaly sandy!!almost got stuck and backd up! this post without a brief description how to get to 'bonfire point' is nearly useless as is
Report Check-InWe tried to make it here following GoogleMaps but got taken to the other side of the river. Plenty of camping spots along the way on the other side and once you get to the beach (forgot to set an iOverlander pin, sorry guys). Would not take a 2WD but high-clearance was not necessary.
