Few spots on that Pine Creek road. The road is paved but has huge pot holes. The spot I choose wasn’t leveled; other spots closer to the S1 highway were already busy. Close to Noble Canyon trail (hike, bike, horse). Big pine trees. No view. Very windy. No cell signal. Not sure if it is free.
