Report Check-InGreat spot with a great view and no issues for overnighting. I stopped at the Vistapoint a few miles north of the spot but was pretty disappointed that it was just a parking lot with no view since the walk to the coast was pretty long. Neither had beach access unfortunately but this one at least had better views while cooking and working from up on the Bluffs. I didn’t park in the parking lot but I parked in the dirt road right next to it where there were a few other RVs. I’m in a van. Great views and really no complaints. Minimal road noise of course since it’s just near the road but not much action on the road in the evening. Good not great T-Mobile network as well but enough to work and have a FaceTime.

Report Check-InThis place is amazing. I stopped here when it was pitch black last night and the milk way was incredible. This morning, opened my doors to see the most amazing views. Enjoyed a leisurely morning with no one else around. A couple of people were parked here last night but plenty of room. A don’t miss!!!

Report Check-Inone van here when I pulled in at 5pm. another car set up at 7. everyone is quiet and few cars go by. listening to the ocean and frogs and the occasional rain shower. I think there are also a couple turnoffs in the two miles south of here, for one or two cars each. I didn't see signs, so maybe check those out for privacy.
Report Check-InBeautiful place to park and watch the sunset, we stayed for a few nights with absolutely no trouble. First night, there was another RV but left in the morning, since then we’ve been completely left alone. Very good Verizon cell reception. Would recommend if you’re driving through and want a spectacular view.
Report Check-InGreat little spot to pull off. Not really level but fairly quiet so it’s fine. I’m driving down the coast and in no rush so stayed for 2 nights.
Report Check-Inawesome spot with no ‘no signs’. we woke up to a double rainbow coming out of the ocean! incredible views and quiet at night. no one bothered us. we stayed here for a couple nights. there’s a portable toilet nearby!
Report Check-InVery nice and quiet spot overlooking the ocean when it’s not FOGGY! Good cell reception. I parked in the grassy area about a quarter mile from the vista point. It’s not leveled but has a better view then the top of the fill one.
Report Check-InWe stayed in the dirt area above the parking lot and got knocked on by the CHP. The dirt area IS NOT a valid space to park. The parking lot north of it is. I included a photo with the correct area to stay at according to CHL.

Report Check-InFilled up on Labor Day weekend. Get here before sunset when most of the beaches close. Good view of the ocean and no "no" signs, for now. Pack out your trash, bury your poo, don't ruin it for everyone.
Report Check-InDefinitely a good spot! Camped overnight but at around 7:30 am a cop came and told me and one other camper that you can’t park on the dirt. Apparently it’s okay to park in the tiny parking lot all the way to the right though. Altogether good spot if you follow the rules.
Report Check-InBeautiful view of the ocean. Parking lot doesn’t have any signs indicating state property no parking or trespassing like the road leading up to it. Lots of garbage as people mentioned - be sure to leave no trace so this spot can be kept alive since an ocean view parking lot is rare
Report Check-InThere are 3 separate pull outs that allow overnight parking. A local was camping next to us in his truck and said he's stayed here many times over the years. Epic spot with a great view. Good verizon cell signal too!
Report Check-InSlid into the spot just after 9pm, with only one camper van in the lot at the time. Traffic was low throughout the night and lot was positioned far enough away from the road that it made for a quiet slumber. Beautiful view, recommend it!
Report Check-InAwesome spot! There were vehicles at all the places listed north of here, but I am the only one at this spot. It's more private than a pullout, yet not a vista point where some say no overnight and some don't, this is just a small parking lot.
Report Check-InFound this spot after the 2 just before are now posted no camping or even parking. this spot has no signs and a picnic table with great views of the ocean. No facilities. Strong cell reception
