Went here for an oil change with a 1990 Vanagon and it cost 100,000 COP / $28 USD with a new filter. they specialize in VW. phone number: 312-765-2143. The clearance for their shop is not very high and so they conducted the oil change outside on the street because my rooftop rack would not clear. I inspected everything afterwards to ensure no leaks.
