Description
The Fundacion’s farm is run by a wonderful family. I got there by talking to the Santuario Los Colorados’ park rangers. They welcome visitor and have a place to camp or if available, to rent out rooms. Very comfortable and perfect for nature lovers. They do ask to not have music or any type of disturbing activities apart from relaxing and enjoying nature. If you are looking for a somewhat party or socially active place, this is not it.
They serve food, but with their promotion of a healthy lifestyle, the food is only vegetarian. I am not vegetarian and was very pleasantly surprise on how good these home cooked meals were.
All in all this place was great for us and would highly recommend it if you are looking for place to stop and relax.
Given there is no cellphone signal up there, Dabar (Man who runs it) would prefer to be contacted first through whatsapp if you can.

Roman and Patricia still run this cozy place. They offer a cold shower and bathrooms and also rooms if needed. They have a big palapa with lots of shade as it is really hot here! We stayed here for 2 nights, it's a 1,5 hours drive from Cartagena. Perfect to relax and very nice people that make feel very comfortable!
Try to let them know in advance that you want to camp here, it is a bit difficult because there is no cell service here.

Owner is no longer living there, but his parents are and would open the property for oberlanders. We didnt went there since the owner said 4x4 is requirred in raining season. But we dont know how the conditions are. But make sure to text before.
