Nice small spot by the lake. Great views at the lake and surrounding mountains. Birdwatching, a lot of birds! A few locals were passing by on scooters and foot. But it was quiet and calm at night. Felt safe. Its a dirt road after zona restaurantera. But no need for 4wd.

Nous avons passé une nuit ici, très calme et très jolie emplacement. Beaucoup de locaux qui passent à pied, en motos et/ou en vélo, mais tous très souriants, rien de dérangeant ou d’inquiétant . Nous avons aperçu des chevaux et des vaches et plusieurs oiseaux. La vie est magnifique voir nos photos, nous sommes Mary & Dave avec le petit Westfalia Jaune ✌🏼
Report Check-InDidn't stay the night as we felt like swimming at the balneario but hung out for a few hours here and it's still a safe and quiet spot to stay. Water in the lake and lots of birds!

Report Check-InWe came here because of IOverlander, but unfortunately now they have destroyed the whole lake bed surrounding this parking space, and turned it into a large, muddy and dusty industrial type space. Carried on.

Report Check-InGreat place for birdwatching. Very calm and safe. We spend 4 night here. Did some yoga and kayaking in the lagoon. It's a very chill and nice spot.
Some garbage can be found and speciest villagers exploiting horses, that's the downside.
Report Check-InNot a bad spot! Beautiful lake and lots of birds!! Lots of people walking as reported- hiking, running, dog walking etc. Felt a little STRANGE at night as there were huge loud (explosive?) noises in the distance and eventually closer to the van. Left early in the a.m...
