One lane road which is very quiet. Parking next to the guard rail will limit your view and be exposed to the sun rise. Across the street you can park next to the words and block the sunrise and had a better view of the ocean

The south half of Otter Crest Loop is a one-way street which means it can only be entered from the north end - and here is at one point a black-on-yellow sign that says "No Overnight Parking" below a black-on-yellow "Curvy Road" sign.

It is pretty clear that this is meant to be valid for the rest of the road from this sign on (although these black-on-yellow signs are - legally speaking - just warning signs).

There are several quite beautiful pull-outs along the road. However, I did not stay as I did not want to risk to have the police (or others) knocking at my door in the middle of the night and chasing me away.

I am traveling in a 26 ft. Class C motorhome.

There is no “official” signage at this location however, on the road in there are hand made signs saying “rough road, locals only!” and “no vacation rentals here” etc. Please respect the locals and enjoy day use only.

Nice and quiet little spots along the road. They are plenty of spot, but we took the second one (just before the bridge) because it was leveled. To make sure we didn't disturb locals, we arrived at 9pm and leave at 7am. I think spots like these are rare and we need to make sure locals tolerate us!

pretty quiet place. no real view of ocean from van, but it's right across the single lane road. there's a walking path down the steep dropoff to the ocean. it's a few hundred feet down to the water. nice place!

Stayed the night here. Overall, very quiet, nice, level spot with a view of the ocean. The only downside is there is not much privacy. There is a pullout on the opposite side (west side) of the road that a few people also stayed the night at. Another car pulled up next to me soon after I parked for the night and left around midnight. Another car that was parked on the opposite side of the road for a bit blared music and honked their horn incessantly while driving away around 10:30 pm. Other than that it was very quiet for the rest of the night & morning. No one has bothered me directly although it is more residential. It is now almost 9 am and no cars have passed this morning. Would recommend.
