Walmart parking lot | Informal Campsite

Stayed 1 night in our class B along with 4 other rigs, security with flashing lights did a couple rounds. Use washrooms and spent some money at Walmart.

Good place if you come in late and leave early! Don’t be scum and litter. If you see trash, PICK IT UP! Also don’t be like the turd in the pull behind that has it all set up on blocks and the slides out. NOT A PLACE TO MOVE INTO CLOWN. That is all. Safe travels all!

Lots of campers and cars staying overnight. Could not reach anyone after calling the store several times, so just hunkered down and stuck it out. No one was bothered and it was a pretty quiet night.

We stay one night. Very nice quit and safety place to stay. Many camper on site.

Quiet parking lot. Called to verify the ability to park overnight, and one night is allowed. Told to park in the back towards Mcdonald's.

Called them just to confirm. They said as long as its not a truck/huge camper, I am good to park overnight and suggested me to park bit far from the main entrance close to McD. Pretty quiet place and well maintained lot.

Stayed here one night, confirming information from previous reviews below.
I do want to add, one worker was super aggressive the entire time we were there, they followed my partner into the bathroom at one point! They didn’t know we were staying in the parking lot but another worker tried to follow us out when seeing us being harassed. We will not be staying here again.
Just be careful.

Thought it would be worth adding an update here. I have stayed here overnight 3 times. Twice back in Jan 21 and once on 19th Aug 21. All three times police or sheriff cars have done multiple slow loops late at night (midnight or past mn) around the lot while a whole bunch of rvs and vans / cars have been set up clearly intending to park overnight. No issues ever. I was even staring at a cop as he drove past while I was brushing my teeth and they didn't look twice.

Due to the comments below I drove all around before parking on the more recent stay, and I have to say I couldn't see any signs indicating no overnight.

Like previous reports indicate - no overnight parking signs are posted, but we called management and they said it's just fine. They said "just be quiet and the police won't bother you". Several other RVs are here as well

There actually are “no overnight parking” signs spread all over the parking lot. (Maybe they were added later?). However I called them & they said there shouldn’t be a problem as long as you leave in the morning. There were a bunch of other overnighters here too and I had no issues for a night.

Lots of other campers. Gets quiet after the store closes at 11p. Nice to have a spot near Denver.

Walmart parking lot. There is no signs saying overnight is prohibited and a Walmart employee confirmed that it was fine to overnight here. A few RVs/trailers are parked tonight (close to the McDonalds). The parking lot is lower than the highway, so not much traffic noise. The store is not 24h and closes between 23h and 6h, so it’s pretty quiet at night.
