Small park with playground and portapotty near the water. Next door to a yacht club. Had a quiet night here before taking the ferry to Newfoundland. Lots of lights in the lot but we didn't mind that. No signs forbidding overnight parking.

We chose the parking lot at the yacht club next to Munro Park. We ask for permission of the yacht club office. Perfect spot prior to your ferry. Quiet after 10 PM.
Report Check-Inwe stayed there twice, once before leaving to NL and tonight when we came back from the ferry.
Tonight the cops came and told us there were complaints about people around and that we could stay for one night but couldn't make it permanent. It might become forbidden to sleep there.
We arrived late, there was no one in the parking lot. We wanted to use the portapotty but it wasn’t clean at all (unidentified substance on the seat of the toilet). The lights in the parking lot made it very illuminated in the van, but with proper curtains it didn’t bother us at all. Very quiet and when we woke up, there was a second RV parked next to us.
Report Check-InBig parking lot. A couple of us with teardrop trailers spent the night. A little bit of traffic with people visiting the park but no one bothered us.
Report Check-InNice quiet spot for a night. Dry toilet, boardwalk. Space for every RV size.
Report Check-InGreat place few minutes from the North Sydney terminal directly on the Harbour.
Nice boardwalk around the park. Several people come to enjoy it and walk at the end of the day and early in the morning. Quiet at night.
