Something not right?

Description

This site is located just down from the Watson-Anderson Lakes trailhead. When you are headed away from the trail, it is the lower site. There are two locations, this one is in the images in my pictures and is a much smaller site, but has a significantly more substantial view than the upper site. The upper site has the benefit of being a larger site. I did not take the measurements for that one, but you could easily bring in a full-size pick up truck but still no trailer.

This place is absolutely stunning! I have yet to see views like this yet in my past 5,2000 of my road trip.

Enough room for one rig no bigger that 25’ on semi level ground. You can also fit a small tent or a few chairs and a table and take in the amazing views.

DO NOT BRING A TRAILER UP HERE!!!

There is no location to make a turn around unless every vehicle up at the trail head parking lot moves.

But don’t tell anyone else… shhhh!

Pull off dispersed site on the way to a trailhead. Incredible views. Was glad we have a 4x4. Super buggy but the night sky and the sunrise can't be beat.

Report Check-In

Best view of the mountains! We showed up at 1am on a Thursday and I was glad it was empty. The night sky is spectacular and the sunrise just as good. Rough getting up and I was glad we were in a 4x4 but we did see a Honda Civic going up on our way down. Really buggy in the morning and fires were prohibited. Will totally be back.

Report Check-In

Beautiful place! Plenty of mosquitoes, but amazing views of both Mountains.

this site is at just about the end of the road that goes over the Baker lake dam. it's on the side of the road but has literally no traffic. it's big enough for 1 vehicle. theres another spot 50 yards down the road that's a little bigger.
