Description
Rest area perfect for free overnight. One lot for cars with restrooms, another for trucks. Off the highway I-40 but not noisy. Picnic tables, lots of parking, clean restrooms.

Great overnight peaceful rest area for a night right off I40 East. Stayed here one night. Verizon service has 2 bars and wasn’t great.

Report Check-InAs described by others, truck side is FULL. I’m one of ~4 on the car side. Many groups of 3-4 parking spots.
IDK if it’s busier in summer, but here in shoulder season, weather is pleasant & nearly deserted car parking.
Report Check-InPulled in late night. Truck side was full full. Took the right at the split. Only one car present. Spots aren’t well marked but figured it out. Super quiet spot for a rest area.
Report Check-InGreat place, especially on car side if you have a smaller rig. All these little cocoons of 3/4 parking spot. Can be very secluded and peaceful if you want to.
Lots of tree coverage as well.
