Parking during the day is possible without fee. Police checked us and told us to leave until evening. We visited citadel, theater and souq from there - no problem and safe parking!

after 7pm empty, we are alone, just Hercules, police car and we, in the middle of a big busy city.
Overnight stay here is still possible. We arrived in the night (need to enter the parking from the exit as entry is closed) and asked the guard for permission. A little noisy on Saturday night. Parking gets full already at 9 in the morning.
