ótima estrutura!! banheiros muito limpos e agradáveis, loja de conveniências e lanchonete linda, água p/ cx e potável. parece um lugar bem seguro. ficamos por detrás da loja, protegida do vento (dependendo da direção dele). a vista do mar é maravilhosa.

Good place. Tap water with hose. Clean toilets until around 22pm. No showers. Nice view of the coast of you get the right spot. Good wind protection. The only issue we had was a guy with a generator going until late. Friendly staff. Ultra diesel at ARS 170.

Ótimo local, ficamos super bem, tranquilo, não tem caminhões, bwc fora e podemos esvaziar Porta potti, torneira com mangueira bem próximo ao estacionamento, ficamos atrás

Estacionamento atrás do YPF. Muito calmo, banheiro fora da conveniência, funcionários muito educados e atendimento de primeira.
O vento é forte, mas faz parte do show!
Acho que foi o melhor YPF da viagem.

Passamos a noite no estacionamento ao lado, é bem protegido do vento, de frente pro mar e o banheiro é do lado de fora da conveniência.

Passamos a noite no YPF de Rio Grande, com uma vista incrível pro Oceano. A loja de conveniências é ótima, com muitas opções e excelente atendimento. Banheiros limpos, mas não tem ducha quente. O sinal de wi-fi é bom, mas só funciona nos arredores da loja, no estacionamento não. Um bom lugar pra descansar e seguir viagem ao Ushuaia.

Passamos uma noite neste ponto. Ele é otimo, o banheiro é do lado de fora, o que da a chance para que a gente esvazie o porta-potti mais tranquilamente.
Além do espaço para se estacionar na frente so posto, é possível estacionar aos fundos (que foi onde estacionei).
Dentro dele existe calefação e uma boa internet.

Posto 24 horas, a convivência fecha 23 horas aos domingos, possui amplo estacionamento na parte ao lado.
funcionários super simpáticos e torneiras em vários pontos.

Uno-home. Rio Grande, seguindo reto em direção aos monumentos de avião e tanque, ao longo do Rio. Depois de um longo dia de fronteiras, um pit-stop para comer algo "decente" no Full da YPF. Ótimas empanadas. WiFi aberto e bom sem senha. Banheiros limpos, das 6h - 23h. Permite-se pernoite no estacionamento atrás do posto.

in addition to my last comment- there is another YPF on the main road South, about 7kms out of town- which does have FREE hot showers and would be a nicer place to sleep than here, despite what the attendant told me earlier this afternoon!

Wifi works fine (you just have to check in on your Facebook). No showers though. Toilets are clean with toiletpaper. We stayed one night without any problems, it even got quiet at night. One other big (and obvious) camper parked next to us. All good. No wind thanks to the building.

Good place for one night but very noisy with cars.
BE CARFUL with the yellow born of gas on the over side (in the front of sea): we had a very very bad experience with our dog (he take electricity).

Not the nicest place, but OK for one night. Very good wind shelter when W wind. Shop and bathrooms close at 11 PM. Wifi down.

Safe place. Petrol station under construction- just toilets, no shower.
Was not that noisy. There slept two other overlanders too. For one night fine.

We spent a night here as we needed a few things done in town. Was a bit windy, nice view of ocean and we rarely got connection to wifi from lot but good inside. Ended up coming back for a second night when the YPF outside town was super windy. Showers hot, good pressure and still 20 pesos.

Noisy, but nothing that a pair of earplugs wouldn't solve (IMHO, essential equipment for anyone "wild-camping" in fuel stations). On the positive side, the price was right (free!) as was the WiFi and the toilets. Also, convenience store had ice (which we really needed) and the fuel prices were not bad, so we filled up there as a "thank you" for the overnighting. No complaints...

Got an oil change here, 1.800 ARS for 8 liters of 15W-40 including labour, NOT including the filter.
Also, it is possible to have a hot shower for 20ARS.

Posto bem estruturado. Dispõe de ducha quente ($20), Wifi livre, água próximo das bombas de combustível. Pedimos autorização para conectar a energia em uma das tomadas internas do posto, e o encarregado Matias gentilmente nos ajudou sem cobrar nada por isso. Único problema do posto é que a conveniência fecha às 00:00hs e o intenso entra e sai de carros e pessoas pela manhã não te deixa dormir direito.

clean and hot shower in a heated room (women and men). when you park behind the building in front of the sea it's quite as well. one negativ point: toilets are closed from 00:00 - 08:00.

20:00. People are lining up to full their tires! This is crazy! There is something in this town about tires and air pressure. I'm crying of laugther. Everything written before is true. Not quiet. Okay wifi. Good espresso. Okay for one night. Clean toilets.

We had a quiet night here.. people were filling their tyres fairly late into the night but it wasn't noisy and didn't disturb us overnight. Clean restrooms, average wifi, and there is a hose with potable water at the northern end of the forecourt.

The only place we could find around Rio Grande, but it is very noisy, there is people coming in n' out all night long and in the morning to check their tires, agree with something is wrong in town with the "leaky tires".

women's shower with hot water! use the one furthest away from the door, right tap is the hot water and run it for few minutes and it'll be warm. Clean when I used it... why didn't I discover this before!

RUM : Lauter Platz, Duschen ok...20 Pesos...aber alles sauber. In Frauendusche sind die Duschleitungen verdreht ...rechts ist heiß, links ist kalt. Wifi sehr gut und frei.

We spent a very noisy night here. Something strange about this town - all night long people drove up next to us to put air in their tires. Lines of people waiting to get air all evening and all through the night and all morning too. It seems the whole town suffers from leaky tires. Very strange. Others reported the same so be aware - we had a terrible night's sleep. Toilets don't open until 8:00...or later if the staff don't feel like opening on time.

Stayed behind the ypf, good wind protection by the building. They allow you to park for 24 hours and you can have a good coffee inside and use the good wifi. Toilets and showers are closed from 0.00 to 8.00. Everything was very clean. You pay for the shower at the caja and they give you the key because the shower is locked. A little noisy during the night, but ok. Probably will make use of that possibility more often for an overnight stay. Rather than paying for a not so clean and run down campground. Safe travels!

Gas station with gravel "camping area" on the side. When we were here there were at least 4 other cars/RVs with people sleeping, as well as a few young guys in a tent. Free wifi and clean hot showers, just ask for the key for the showers inside. Free.
