.....
North side of highway, access road to private property (gated). Dirt track immediately turns west off the highway and away from the gate. Fairly flat, no signs prohibiting overnight parking and away from car headlights. Awesome panoramic views. Traffic is pretty minimal at night. Good place to hang for the night if you arrive at Four Corners Monument.

This is private/tribal land. Just because you can get to it, doesn't make it public. If we boondock on land that isn't allowed, the public will start to call for more restrictions. This part of the world is tough because there's so much tribal land, but that doesn't mean you can cut corners.

Spent the night here with my mutts after we arrived to the area 1 hour too late to visit the monument. If you park up the little hill there appears to be a fire pit, which we didn’t need. We slept very well and the view was very beautiful.

stayed here last night. none of the other comments mention that it's literally just a small dirt pullout right off the highway. the highway was pretty busy during the day, but really slowed down around sunset. there is a lot of trash here, but we had a quiet night and great sunset views.

such a great place near the four corners.. off the road to the left if headed into colorado or utah.. it’s up on a small plateau with great views!

i had full bars of 3G but was still able to hotspot my laptop to do some work!

It is 9pm now. One car every 3- 5 min. It is July 2nd. Should be the peak season. Wind is nice. Temp is about 82 degree. Smooth wind and cool down a lot . No neighbors. I am enjoying it! Thanks to this app!

is very quiet and beautiful views all arround.

Only place near four corners that was open. Lots of broken glass, so I guess don't add to it? Good for a night and actually pretty good views. Great AT&T signal too.

Report Check-In

Spot is as previously described. Beer bottles, broken glass, and toilet paper littered about. Close to the road so we heard cars throughout the night. Saw a rabbit nearby. No flies/bugs. No amenities, just a spot to park overnight.

lots of broken glass and trash but it'll do for one night. great 360 views! there may be some other spots down by the river...
right next to road but not much traffic to be an issue.

Report Check-In

Spot as described. Arrived around 9:30pm local on a Friday night, it was a bit windy and cars were passing every minute or two. I also spotted some sort of large wild cat upon pulling in, likely a bobcat. Definitely not comfortable deploying the RTT due to proximity to the public, but it's good for an overnight car rest spot.
