Dumped here today for $5. Not the nicest dump station we have tried, but it was the cheapest we could find in the area.

Park as close to the dump station as possible, as it is higher than the road, so you will have a hard time getting the necessary gradient.

Water spigots were unfortunately closed and taped off when we stopped by, but the electric outlets weren't taped off. We didn't check whether they had power, though.

The pavillions are nice, clean and has grills / barbecues with lids. Definitely seems like a great place to spend a day (and maybe a night. Be sure to check the signage).

Restrooms were decent, but we wouldn't want to wash our clothes there the way they looked today.

He's an extremely competent and humble man, who will be happy to help you with your motorbike, for a really friendly price. He knows a lot of things because he's an experienced pilot. So if you have any problem with your bike, go meet him !

4x4 ONLY! Off road on an unmaintained road.
Very beautiful and quiet place to camp near the main road. Scenic view all the way! No cell service. There is a gate in the middle of the trail. Just need to open it and close it after for the caddle. Would suggest a rtt because there is not a lot of flat surface around.

Called asking about potable water and was told that the taps by the pumps are not potable.

It is still possible to stay in your vehicle in the parking lot. 10.000 clp. They didn’t say anything about electricity so we use that for free. We are the only people in the parking lot.

They are not offering propane filling currently. I’d call ahead before coming.

We drove past the first few pull offs on W Robbins Butte due to the number of other campers and took a left just before the road splits and followed a fairly smooth road with very few pull offs or flat spaces until we came up on a small trash pile complete with an old TV on top where a few rigs could set up - not perfectly level, but not a bad spot for a night or two.

Only person here when we arrived was a guy fishing. In a Class C so couldn’t fit into any site, or more correctly through the small openings to the sites. Stayed on the first parking lot, level but after some rain lots of mosquitoes. There is addition parking further down towards the boat launch. Think this is a one nighter only.

We stayed here over the weekend and it was very quiet! The river walk is technically only for employees of the nearby companies but we never had any complaints while we walked it with our dogs. I’m not sure what it’s like during the week, but it definitely is the most quiet place we found in SLC! Good Verizon reception.

What a great spot! We visited the Museum and could stay with our Truck in the parking like ot! The guy who eorks at the Museum is really friendly and tried his best to explain everything well for our bad spanish. You can use the banos and He also offered Energy. Totally worth the entrance fee!

A bit off the road but very quit spot. We were all alone. Please keep it clean and be respectful. It’s so hard to find great free place on the coast of California… this is a real Gem.
